Chapter Seventeen

Gwen

The forest was live around me. It was one with the night, just as I was. I was free, nude, striding through the world as if I didn’t have a care. I didn’t. I was there with the earth and I was joining it with every single step I took.

Once again, I wasn’t sure how I’d gotten there, but I was strolling through the forest in the darkest part of the night. Only my senses to guide me. There was no moon out tonight. All I had was my eyes and ears to guide me through. And that was all I really needed. My senses were extremely acute. Finally, I felt as if they were all awakened and operating at maximum capacity. My whole body was electrified with feeling. My senses were reaching out so that I could now taste the world, I could feel it, and in fact become one with it. I was a supreme being. It was like being a God.

I breathed in deeply and the rushes of flavors entering my mind, churned out emotion after emotion, mostly lust and elation. For the first time in my entire life I felt totally at peace. There was no fear. I was the thing to be feared.

My feet pressed down on the ground, snapping thorns, feeling the twigs rustling against my skin, being rough and trying to harm me, but it made no difference. I felt nothing. Physically, it was like nothing in the world could hurt me at all. It was beautiful. Maybe I’d been given some supreme gift that I hadn’t fully explored yet. But now, I was finally getting a chance to do just that.

I wanted to run and see how fast I could go, but I didn’t. It was far too comfortable to just walk along and feel the breeze washing over my skin with every single step I took. I had all the time in the world. I was becoming immortal. There was nothing in the world that could stop me.

But I knew I had to feed. That was all. I had to feed, and I had to take from the earth as every apex predator does. It was now in my nature. I looked down at my body and the way it was interacting with my environment, I was the master now. I was in charge of the world. And I could do and have whatever I truly wanted.

I wasn’t sure why I was roaming the earth without a stitch of clothing on, but it did not bother me to do so. I could truly do whatever it was that I wanted to do. I reached up and grabbed my breasts, rubbing them slowly and sensually as I walked along. I was feeling horny. I was so full of lust and glee. I wished Brady was there with me. I wondered where he was. He should always be with me. I never wanted him to leave. I loved him so much. I knew he loved me as well.
